Office Manager

Hi, I’m Lily Hayhurst, the Office Manager at Military Plumbing. I’ve been in the plumbing world for about 10 years now, which still surprises me sometimes, because I originally thought I’d be working in cosmetology. I graduated from Princeton High School in 2015 and started down that path, but in 2016 I took an entry-level dispatch job - and that decision completely changed my career. What started as “just a job” quickly became something I genuinely love.

Since then, I’ve had the chance to do a little bit of everything. I’ve taken calls, handled dispatching during the busiest seasons, and even headed out to job sites to work alongside our plumbers. I also earned my plumbing apprentice card, which really helped me understand the technical side of what we do. That hands-on experience has made me better at supporting both our team and our customers.

Outside of work, I’m a mom of three amazing kids, and they’re the reason I push myself every day. They motivate me to lead well, stay organized, and keep a positive attitude. Whether I’m solving a scheduling challenge or helping someone who needs service, I bring humor, heart, and dedication to everything I do.
